Single-User Subscriptions (per user)

The standard way to buy GEMSai — one engineer, one application, with free updates and technical support included throughout. On Windows and macOS the license is node locked to the machine it is installed on; on the Cloud it is a per-user license you can sign in to from anywhere.

Most engineers take the annual subscription — it is the better value for anyone using the software regularly. If your need is a single job or a seasonal stretch of work, the three-month project license gives you the full software at a fraction of the price, as a cost you can bill directly to the job it belongs to. It is also the easiest way to put GEMSai to work on a real project before committing to a year.

Offshore Pile Foundation is offered as an annual subscription only.

Software Bundles Subscriptions (per user)

If your work spans more than one foundation type, a bundle is the better value — the applications together cost meaningfully less than buying them one at a time. Bundles are sold as annual subscriptions.

Network (Floating) and Site Licenses

A network license gives your team a pool of concurrent seats, managed for you on the GEMSai license server in the cloud. An engineer checks out a seat when they open the software and returns it when they close it, so the license follows the work around your team instead of being tied to one desk. It replaces the familiar routine of deactivating a license on one machine so a colleague can activate it on another — everyone simply opens the software when they need it. Pricing has two parts: a base license that covers the first concurrent seat, and a per-seat charge for every seat beyond it. Network and site licenses are available on the desktop and on the Cloud.

Additional seats are sold up to six. From the seventh seat onward a site license is the better buy: it covers unlimited concurrent use within one office location for the price of those seven seats, so any growth beyond that costs nothing further.

Network licenses are intended for up to 7 registered users per concurrent seat. This is fair-use guidance rather than a hard limit — most teams never come close to it. A twelve-person office typically buys two concurrent seats.
