The Role

A short-term, hands-on internship focused on enriching, cleaning up and strengthening our sales and marketing data. This is detail-heavy execution work — ideal for someone who wants real B2B marketing experience and takes pride in doing careful, thorough work.

About Us

GEMSai develops specialized software for civil engineers (geotechnical foundations). Our software applications are used by engineering firms across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Clean up our lead database: de-duplicate records, standardize fields, flag and remove stale entries
• Research and enrich leads via LinkedIn — match CRM contacts to current roles and firms, identify the right people at engineering consultancies
• Build and segment target lists by geography
• Audit third-party software directories and listing pages where GEMSai appears; update descriptions, pricing, screenshots, and contact details
• Find new directories and communities where GEMSai should be listed
• Light content and outreach support as needed

Who We're Looking For

• BBA graduate or final-year student (marketing or sales) or BE Civil Engineering looking to pursue a career in sales & marketing
• Comfortable with spreadsheets; quick to learn CRM tools
• Genuinely detail-oriented — comfortable with repetitive, methodical data work
• Good written & spoken English for outreach and listing copy
• Reliable and self-directed; can work with minimal supervision

Location

Bengaluru based. You will work remotely with progress review on a regular basis.

Duration & Terms

2–3 months, full-time. Stipend: ₹12,500/month. Certificate and recommendation letter on successful completion. Strong performers may be considered for a longer-term role.
